Do I have to invest anything?
No investment is required. ALM brings all the necessary equipments, supplies and staff to your office when patients are scheduled.

Is there a contract to sign?
You will just have to sign an agreement for the usage of the facility, which can be cancelled at anytime with 30 days prior notice.

How will I get paid?
Getting paid will depend on which option you choose. We have a variety of options available on the "Flexible Options" page.

Can I bill for the services being provided?
Absolutely yes, if you choose to bill for the services our experienced billing experts can assist you with the initial setup and training as well as provide continued support for as long as you use our services.

What if I don't have enough patients?
Depending on the volume you can schedule appointments either weekly, biweekly, monthly…etc. If patient volume is low then once a month would be appropriate.

How can I schedule patients?
During initial setup, once we decide what days of the month we will perform tests, the receptionist will then schedule appointments on those days.

Can my current staff take care of such service?
Yes, no additional staff is required. We will bring our specialized staff to your office when appointments are scheduled.

How much time of my staff will you be utilizing?
Our staff will take care of everything. Your receptionist will only be required for the following: 1) Scheduling appointments 2) Reminding patients of their appointments

How long does it take for me to setup mobile imaging services at my clinic?
Our process is simple and quick. Once we inspect your facility and sign the agreement, you can start scheduling patients, usually within a week.

Are there any risks to my practice involved?
Absolutely none. As long as you perform legitimate tests on patients who require such tests, there is no risk at all. The patients you schedule are patients you would normally refer to either hospitals or patient diagnostic center.

In my neighborhood patients don't keep up with the appointment times. How can I offer such services?
With years of experience, ALM has learned to adapt its business patterns as per the requirement of different neighborhoods. We will work with your receptionist to ensure patients show up to their appointments.

Do you have a list of references you can provide?
At your request, ALM is more than willing to provide a list of references for you to contact. ALM has worked with countless facilities and can provide you with a list of satisfied clients, who can give you a first-hand account of the quality service they've received from ALM.
